After receiving her Master's of Science and Teaching Certificate, Kristin soon fell in love with nutrition and exercise.   Through experiencing the frustrations of misguided information on her own fitness journey, she decided to pursue the health & fitness profession.  Kristin loves to help others achieve their fitness goals through effective exercise and nutrition programs.
